V4 project, communication first

      All students of partner schools can read and see our mobility exhibition, not only on our blog  but inside school building. We hope everybody would like to take part in future projects like this one, meet new friends, get acquainted with neighbour countries' cultures and languages.       

    Tuesday was very creative. The aim was to develop argumentative skills and become stronger in persuading the others. Students triggered their creativity in storytelling. First with the help of story cubes and then with writing a folded story. In groups they were trying to sell a solid brick giving it a brand new purpose. Students themselves voted for the best idea. The last activity was the most fun, because students in 2 big groups played game called mafia. In which the goal is to persuade the others to believe what you want them to believe. This days also ended with fun, because everybody was invited to pizza a bowling, which was again a kind of teambuilding activity. Wednesday was dedicated to making a positive impression and gaining sympathy. Students presented their personalities through acrostic of their name.         DISSEMINATION DAY  IN SLOVAKIA         Today in Humenne we presented the project to our peers at school. We showed them some activities we did during both mobilities .... That was fun! We stressed all aspects we had learned, including some knowledge about Poland and city of Zamość. Remember : Some non-verbal communication exercises tought us to be avare of our gestures, mimicry while talking to others, while showing our emotions, our feelings. Words may lie, but our body language is more sincere. So good, honest communication is when our words, emotions and gestues are coherent. Otwórz Em

  Day 3rd  in Zamość  On the last day we were all involved in various activities. One of the activities was, for example, an imaginary tightrope walk. We were divided into two small groups and the game began. This activity was mainly about non-verbal communication. At first glance it seemed easy but believe me, it wasn't. This activity showed us how difficult it can be to understand the other person and also taught us how to deal with it. Another thing we did was a little quiz about Poland. The geography teacher of Smart School was the one who prepared it for us. There were many interesting facts about Poland that we didn't know and we learnt it. It was a fun but also educational quiz. Really interesting and funny activity of our workshops was to build an Eiffel tower with crisps. It was fun but also really gross. We needed to communicate with each other.
