Future competences 

     We live in the world which become smaller by technology and innovative tools of communication.

     We communicate faster, we need no time to see another person living on different continent and  discuss  different topics. Our successes depend on group work, what means we need to communicate more efectively wity others. We work in projects, we need to share tasks, discuss processes and evaluate outcomes. We have to be able to listen, to speak clearly, to summarise, to ask appriopriate questions. The person who can do this is more social, has better position in society, can solve problems, gains more satisfaction. By improving our communication skills we improve our lives !
